Investing in and Growing Small Businesses

Let’s Work Together

Based in Los Angeles, we work closely with business owners who value a thoughtful transition and are committed to seeing their company thrive in its next chapter.

Who We Are

Our goal is straightforward: to acquire and personally operate one exceptional small business in the United States. We are not a private equity fund seeking short-term financial engineering. We are long-term owners focused on continuity, stability, and sustainable growth.

We partner with founders who care deeply about their employees, customers, and legacy. Selling a business is more than a transaction. It is a transition of leadership, responsibility, and trust. We aim to provide a thoughtful succession alternative for owners who want their company to remain in capable, committed hands.

What We Are Looking For

Industry: We love businesses that are highly critical, in a growing market, and a fragmented competitive landscape.

Company: We love businesses that have strong recurring revenue, a long operating history, and a diversified customer base.

Ownership: We love businesses that have an owner who is looking to retire or switch careers, and pass the reigns to operators committed to preserving their legacy.

Our Process

  • We conduct a short call to see if the opportunity is a good fit between both parties.

  • We finish our due diligence.

We complete and finalize our purchase agreement.

You get paid- and watch your business continue to grow.

    30-days.

Why Us

We are not a private equity fund.

We are not raising a blind pool of capital to acquire multiple businesses with the intention of reselling them in a few years.

Our goal is to acquire and personally operate one business for the long term.

We plan to step into day-to-day operations, preserve what already works, and thoughtfully invest in the next phase of growth. There is no pressure to exit on a predetermined timeline. Decisions are made with durability in mind.

For founders who care about continuity, culture, and legacy, we offer a transition to committed owner-operators whose success is tied entirely to the long-term health of the business.

We are not buying to flip. We are buying to build.
